Instead of the ten day in person excursion we had planned for the students in Roccavivara, Sarah and I did ten different video interviews with people, projects, families, and of events here in the area. These events were then uploaded to the students' course program and then discussed in our virtual classroom settings.
The students responses was overwhelming positive, and wished they had actually visited this community and beautiful countryside. Hopefully next year we can do it again in person!
