Land in Italy!

So after a lengthy search, and a wealth in local off the market real estate intrigue that all the anthropologists in the room would be salivating over, we have obtained two pieces of land totaling 1.5 hectares (3.7 acres) for the project. One has an old ruin on it that we could fix up some day as a guest house, and the other a small one room work/storage space. Between the two, there are a number of different fruit trees - plums, apricots, a mulberry, grapes - and a large flat space that we could some day use to grow vegetables. But more importantly, there are roughly 160 olive trees, which can produce a great deal of olive oil for the school and as a source of revenue from the project.
